WHAT QBIT AI IS
Qbit AI is a software terminal that reads public BTC/USD market data from Kraken, produces signals, and can place orders on a Kraken account you connect. It is a tool, not a broker, exchange or adviser. We never take custody of your funds.
NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
Nothing in the app is financial, investment or tax advice. Signals describe the engine's reading of the market at a point in time. They are not predictions, and they are not a promise of profit. You are solely responsible for every order placed from your account, including orders placed automatically when you switch auto-execute on.
YOUR KRAKEN KEYS
Live execution requires Kraken API keys that you create and control. Keys are used only to read balances and sign the orders you place. You can revoke them in your Kraken account at any time. We recommend keys without withdrawal permission.
RISK
Trading bitcoin and margin products involves a substantial risk of loss. Automated execution can compound that risk. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose, and review the risk controls before switching to live mode.
PLANS AND BILLING
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. During the open beta, access is provided free of charge and no payment is taken. Cancelling a paid plan stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not resell access, attempt to extract other users' data, or use the service to place orders you are not authorised to place. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the market data providers behind it.
CHANGES
These terms may change as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
