WHAT WE STORE

Your email address and the role attached to it, the plan you picked at signup, your trading parameters, the Kraken API keys you connect, and the trades the engine records for you. We do not store card details — payments are handled by Stripe.

HOW IT IS USED

Your email identifies your account. Your Kraken keys are used only to read balances and sign the orders you place. Trade records exist so you can see the history of what the engine did on your account.

WHO CAN SEE IT

Your wallet, positions, trades and API keys are scoped to your account. Administrators of the app can access account records for support and security purposes. Market data is fetched from Kraken's public API; no account data is sent to Kraken beyond the requests needed to read your balance or place your orders.

PUBLIC PAGES

The landing page and pricing page are public and show only market data — the latest BTC price and the latest signal reading. No account information is displayed there.

RETENTION AND DELETION

Trade history is kept while your account exists so performance stays auditable. Removing your Kraken keys in Settings deletes the stored credentials immediately. Ask the app owner to delete your account and its records.

CONTACT

Questions about your data can be sent through the support channel listed in your account settings.

QBIT AI · BTC SIGNAL ENGINE ON KRAKEN

Not financial advice. Trading bitcoin involves substantial risk of loss. Signals describe the engine's current reading of the market only and are not a promise of returns. Orders are placed on your own Kraken account with the API keys you connect.
